Connecticut Chapter

Over the past few years the Connecticut Chapter has been working on re-establishing and re-building our chapter to provide a welcoming and supportive environment to provide as much well rounded support, education, and guidance as we can.

The Tourette Association of America Connecticut Chapter is a volunteer led, nonprofit organization supporting the needs of individuals and families affected by Tourette Syndrome and Tic Disorders. We are committed to raising public awareness and fostering social acceptance; advancing scientific understanding, treatment options and care; educating professionals to better serve the needs of children, adults and families challenged by Tourette and Tic Disorders. We strive to provide help, hope and a supportive community to help empower our community to deal with the complexities of this spectrum of disorders.

We enjoy having regular gatherings to help our community find support from one another, where they can foster new relationships and make new connections.

We also are grateful to be able to provide education and awareness to families, schools, businesses, and other organizations within the community through our Youth Ambassadors and others with a passion to spread awareness.
