Welcome to the 2010 TSANational Conference Schedule Details page! The Conference offers sessions for parents, individuals, and teens on a variety of topics that are grouped by track. There are also networking opportunities that allow attendees to connect with one another to share information, stories and inspiration. Conference attendees do not have to commit themselves to attending sessions in just one track, and are free to attend the sessions that are most relevant to their own needs. Tuesday through Thursday are pre-Conference programs for those attending Youth Ambassador Leadership Training, Chapter Leadership Conference, Trip to the Hill, and Newly Diagnosed Seminar. The Youth Ambassador and Chapter Leadership programs are internal and are not open to the general public. The Trip to the Hill is open for all TSA members who wish to participate in TSA’s public policy efforts, and begins Wednesday evening with the Trip to the Hill dinner and prep and then continues at 10:00am on Thursday with boarding the buses to the Hill (separate registration and fee applies). Thursday’s Newly Diagnosed Seminar is also open to all (separate registration and fee applies). General Sessions Conference attendees generally arrive on Thursday, and TSA offers the Meet & Greet activities that evening. General Conference begins Friday morning with the Welcome breakfast. The Conference adjourns at 11:00am Sunday, April 18th. |
